Weblogs: Semantic Web

The lead "developer" of the XML standard had a featured article published in Scientific American (albeit May 1999) on XML. He describes and points out how XML and describing what data is rather than how it should look will make the Web a more powerful and useful collection of knowledge and data sharing. Its interesting to see him bring in ideas from RDF and the Semantic Web that makes for a better Web.
