Simon Willison has written an excellent article describing the benefits of CSS and its role in separating content and presentation. He is also planning on devoting some serious blog space to tutorials about CSS to web designers - akin to Mark Pilgrim's Dive Into Accessibility. Good luck, Simon!

Contrast that to the constant "whine whine whine" eminating elsewhere. Its good to see CSS advocates are being more constructive and positive.
